Lynn Michell’s latest novel Run, Alice, Run was published this month by Inspired Quill. The first reviews are coming in and readers are clearly empathising with Lynn’s canny portrait of middle-age.

Told by a respected agent that “books about middle aged women don’t sell” Lynn took up the gauntlet, refused to kill off her heroine, and was offered publication by several small publishers.
